How a Bimbo Does Her Perfect Pink Gym Workout!! ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ๐ธ
Hiiiiii besties!!! ๐๐ฉท wipes my forehead dramatically even though I barely broke a sweat Itโs meeee, your favorite empty-headed blonde bimbo, back from the cutest pinkest workout ever and still sparkling!! ๐โจ Today Iโm sharing my super silly Bimbo Gym Workout Routine!! Because regular gym stuff is for girls who like thinkingโฆ bimbo workouts are for girls who want to look cute, shake their glittery butts, and keep their brains nice and empty!! Hehe, exercise but make it fashion!! ๐๐
First, the outfit is everything!! ๐ I wear my tiniest hot pink micro shorts with โBIMBOโ written across the butt in rhinestones, a sparkly crop top that barely covers anything, and my cutest pink sports bra with little hearts. Of course I add platform sneakers (theyโre not super high but they still make me wobble!!) and pile on all my favorite accessories โ giant hoop earrings, a sparkly belly chain, and tons of bracelets that jingle when I move!! Then I do full makeup: glossy pink lips, glitter eyeshadow, and extra body glitter so I sparkle even when Iโm โworking outโ!!
When I get to the gym I start with my warm-up strut!! I walk super slow on the treadmill while swaying my hips and flipping my long platinum extensions. I set the speed low because fast walking makes me think too hard!! While Iโm strutting I whisper to myself โHehe, Iโm not here to get strongโฆ Iโm here to look pretty!!โ
My favorite exercises are all pink and silly!!
Pose 1: Glitter Squats!! ๐ I do squats in front of the mirror while holding pink dumbbells (the lightest ones!!). Every time I go down I say โHehe, butt go upโฆ brain go down!!โ I make sure to pop my butt extra and check how sparkly it looks in the reflection!!
Pose 2: Bimbo Hip Sways!! ๐ Instead of boring leg machines I just stand there and sway my hips in big circles while listening to 2000s pop music in my headphones. I shake my butt like Iโm in a music video and giggle every time the bracelets jingle!! โLike, this burns calories and empties my head at the same time!!โ
Pose 3: Sparkly Lunges!! ๐ฆต I do slow lunges while holding a water bottle with a pink straw. Every step I take I say a silly affirmation: โPretty legsโฆ empty headโฆ sparkly buttโฆ no thoughts!!โ If I wobble in my sneakers I just laugh because falling is part of being a bimbo!!
Pose 4: Mirror Yoga Stretches!! ๐งโโ๏ธ I go to the stretching area and do super slow bends and stretches while staring at myself in the big mirror. I make sure my tiny shorts ride up and my crop top shows underboob. While Iโm stretching I bat my lashes and go โOhmigawd my body looks so cute when I bend like this!!โ
Pose 5: Cool-Down Twirls!! โจ At the end I do a bunch of little twirls and spins with my arms up like Iโm reaching for more lip gloss. I finish by spraying extra body glitter on my cleavage and saying out loud โWorkout complete!! Brain officially turned off!!โ
After the gym I reward myself with a pink protein smoothie (strawberry flavor with edible glitter on top!!) and take a million mirror selfies in my sweaty-but-still-sparkly outfit!!
Besties, bimbo gym time isnโt about getting super muscular or running fastโฆ itโs about looking adorable, moving in sparkly ways, and keeping your head nice and fuzzy while you shake what your mama gave you!! The pinker and sillier your workout, the better you feel!!
